Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how BPM+ handles information when you use the app for personal wellness records, heart-rate or pulse features, and health trend review.
Data We Keep Local
BPM+ is designed to store your personal wellness records on your device. Records you add or generate may include blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, heart rate, weight, BMI, dates, notes, and trend history. We do not upload these health records to our cloud servers.
If you choose to export, copy, or share information outside BPM+, that action is initiated by you and is outside our local storage.
Camera Permission
Certain features may ask for camera permission while you use them, such as camera-assisted heart-rate or pulse measurement. The camera is used only during the active measurement process on your device.
- BPM+ does not take photos for this feature.
- BPM+ does not record videos for this feature.
- BPM+ does not save camera images or video frames.
- BPM+ does not upload camera images, video frames, or measurement images to our cloud servers.
- You can deny or revoke camera permission in your device settings.
Device ID for Crash Diagnostics
We may use a device identifier and limited technical diagnostic information to understand crashes and improve reliability. Diagnostic information may include crash logs, app version, device model, operating system version, crash time, and related technical details.
This information is used only to locate crashes, fix bugs, improve performance, maintain security, and keep BPM+ working properly. Your local health records and camera data are not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Retention
Health records and app preferences stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall BPM+. Crash logs and device identifiers used for diagnostics are kept only as long as needed to investigate stability issues, maintain security, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
Deleting Your Data
- You can delete records in BPM+ where the app provides a delete option.
- You can clear BPM+ app data from your device system settings.
- You can uninstall BPM+ to remove locally stored app data from your device.
- If you contact us by email, you may request deletion of that email conversation.
Diagnostics Providers
We may use trusted crash-reporting or diagnostics providers to process limited technical information on our behalf. These providers help us identify crashes and improve stability. We do not provide them with your local health records, camera images, photos, or videos.
Your Choices
You decide whether to enter health records into BPM+. You can manage camera permission in your device settings. Some camera-based features may not work if camera permission is denied or revoked.
Health Disclaimer
BPM+ is intended for personal wellness tracking and general informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions or health concerns.
Children's Privacy
BPM+ is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
